Ingredients
1 teaspoon of organic honey1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the ingredients in a bowl until you get a paste and add more honey if your skin is sensitive. Honey has great soothing properties which can relieve inflammation, although we suggest avoiding it if you’re suffering from rosacea as it dilates blood vessels. Some people like to add green or white clay in the recipe.Before applying the mask, wash your face well and pat it dry with a towel. Next, apply the mask on the affected areas and leave it to work for 10 minutes before rinsing with water.
If you’re feeling a burning sensation, don’t worry – it’s a sign that the mask is working. Regular use of the mask will eliminate all skin problems in just a short time.
